To collaborate with existing groups to create and maintain community resources that support the health and wellness of the whole person at each stage of their life by promoting physical, mental and social well-being.

In May 2018 a group of Healy residents created a non-profit organization called “The Spruce Network.” Our focus will be on community development, collaboration with existing groups and to be a resource for future community projects. We have already submitted our Articles of Incorporation to the state and procured our Entity number and Tax ID number. We have a draft of our bylaws that will be adopted at a future meeting and we are currently in the process of preparing IRS form 1023 to receive IRS tax exempt status.
